According to E Online, Stephen Amell, CW’s Oliver Queen/Arrow, stated that the show is changing. “Arrow is done,” stated Amell. “No more Arrow suit. I’ve worn it for the last time.”
Amell did go on to state that he has no idea where season 4 will go other than the Arrow is done. He knew where the show would go with Season Two after the Season One finally. He also knew where Season Three would go.
