When Ahsoka appeared on Season 2 of The Mandalorian, she mentioned Grand Moff Thrawn. On Star Wars Rebels, the final episode had Ezra disappear with Thrawn into the unknown. When the Ahsoka series was announced, there was hope that we might get to see a live action Ezra Bridger. Now that has been confirmed with the announcement of Eman Esfandi as Ezra.
I am excited about this announcement. I hope we get to see the whole cast of Star Wars Rebels on the Ahsoka series. Natasha Liu Bordizzo was prior announced as Sabine Wren.
