After Netflix has canceled Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, we were unsure if Netflix would bring out a new season of any of their Marvel series. Marvel.com has announced the return of Frank Castle for season 2 of Marvel’s The Punisher. Check out below what all Marvel had to say about season two.
For the many fans who’ve been patiently awaiting the return of Frank Castle, we’ve got good news for you – “Marvel’s The Punisher” Season 2 will debut on Netflix in January!
You can see a glimpse of Frank (Jon Bernthal) getting ready to drive back into action in Netflix’s new video showing what’s coming to the streaming service in January, as seen above, at the 1:57 mark.
Alongside Bernthal, “Marvel’s The Punisher” Season 2 features fellow returning cast members Ben Barnes (“Billy Russo”), Amber Rose Revah (“Dinah Madani”), and Jason R. Moore (“Curtis Hoyle”). They’re joined by some new additions to the cast, including Josh Stewart as John Pilgrim, Floriana Lima as Krista Dumont, and Giorgia Whigham as Amy Bendix, along with Corbin Bernsen and Annette O’Toole as Anderson and Eliza Schultz.
