UNCHARTED is a treasure hunting-style action comedy in the vein of NATIONAL TREASURE, ROMANCING THE STONE, THE GOONIES, DA VINCI CODE, or KING SOLOMON’s MINES with hints of JUNGLE CRUISE or PIRATES of the CARIBBEAN sprinkled in.
With a fun cast, tons of clue-hunting and puzzle-solving, a nice dose of double-crossing, and bits of comedic one liners, UNCHARTED is a fun family action romp perfect for a Sunday afternoon.Tom Holland and Mark Walberg are modern actors who kids will enjoy seeing pick at each other while developing a trusting friendship.While it’s not as good as some of the ones that came before, it is a solid, fun flick that entertained us.
