Daniel Brühl has been cast the the villainous Nazi Baron Zemo for Captain America: Civil War (Third Captain America movie). Brühl was born in Spain to German TV director Hanno Brühl. Brühl has been in films such as Rush and Inglourious Basterds.
Baron Zemo is a major Captain America villain. in the comis, Zemo took over the focal role from the Red Skull when Captain America came back from his icy grave. There have been a couple of different versions of Zemo but he has always hated Cap.
It should be interesting to see how they weave his character into the plot of Civil War. We already know that we will see Iron Man versus Captain America and heroes against heroes. But what will Baron Zemo’s role be? I can’t wait to find out.
