Over the years there have been several different X-Men weddings. X-Men: Gold # 30 will have the wedding some fans have waited 30 years to see. This wedding issue will hit shelves in June 2018.
The young romance of Kitty Pryde and Pyotr “Peter” Nikolayevich Rasputin aka Colossus was hot for a short time right before the original Secret Wars in the 80s. They broke up when Peter developed feelings for an alien woman on the Beyonder’s planet. Since that time, their relationship has been on and off.
In X-Men Gold #20, Peter almost died in the Negative Zone. After surviving, Kitty pops the question to Peter. Now the long awaited wedding is a go for the fan favorite couple. Kitty Pride is the leader of the X-Men Gold team.
