You guys know how much I love Pokémon; I also allude to it with my strong, nerdy female leads in both of my current series. This and next year, I wanted to imagine my two main characters from each series as Pokémon trainers based on their personalities, interests, and lore/events in the books they are in.
First, we are starting off with my new adult series, “THE HUNTER AND THE BRINGER,” and their leads: Valda Hemmingway and Jeremey Darington.
And I am proud to reveal the artists are my precious nieces and nephew: Abby, Zee, and Eli! =D
*********************************

💜 Valda:
- Doublade (because she uses swords, lol),
- Galar Ponyta (my favorite Pokemon, so it’s a must),
- Kingambit (most samurai-like Pokemon,)
- Lycanroc (midday form) (because Darington acts like a dog, lol. Might as well have a cute one.)
- Skarmory (a fierce, metal-bird. Heck yeah!)
- Gardevoir (a psychic beauty who protects at all costs…very fitting)
- Eevee (reminds me of a fluffy cat/fox, so a must for a cat mom,)
- Mirodan (because he turns into a motorcycle!)

💜Jeremey:
- Quaxly (adorable duck who loves to flip his hair? So Darington!)
- Krookodile (all about the shades, baby!)
- Milotic (this Pokémon is built for beauty, just like Darington. HA!)
- Pidgeot (majesty bird)
- Jigglypuff (they would ROCK singing ‘Hannah Montana’ song together. Plus, I think he’d be a good sport when she marks on his face! I love how my niece made Jigglypuff be grilling meat, which he loves, lol!)
- Gallade (the male warrior counterpart to Val’s Gardevoir!)
- Greninja (because Darington is crazy-limber like a ninja!)
- Corviknight (A BA metal bird you can ride in style like his helicopter!)
