“The Legend of Zelda” is one of my all time favorite video games. I spend hours of “study” time in college helping Link explore his world and fight my way through dungeons.
Netflix has announced they will be creating a new series based off this fantasy Nintendo video game. They are in the early stages of developing this live action show. Netflix is hoping for a family friendly version of “Games of Thrones“. Zelda is a traditional fantasy game but with a light-hearted feel.
Things are still in the early stages of development. There is a long way to go for this project to get off the ground in onto Netflix. Nintendo and Netflix have to hammer out an agreement, a writer will need to come up with drafts and scripts, and it will need to filmed. Yet is is very exciting that Netflix has started talking about this project in a very positive light.
