Henry Cavill has signed a contract for three movies with a starring role. He also has options for future cameos for other films. It appears there is a total of 5 to 6 movies.
Cavill was thought to be fully out of the role of Superman even last year. With the changes coming to Warner Bros and HBO Max bringing the The Snyder Cut, Cavill is back on board. I am not sure if he would have returned if AT&T hadn’t cleaned house at Warner. Cavill will be our DCEU Superman of the foreseeable future.
