On this Memorial Day, we here at Geeky KOOL would like to take a few minutes to remember the brave soldiers and other service men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice. These men and women fought and died so we can experience all of the great freedoms that we have today. Today, my family hosted a holiday gathering but our thoughts and prayers were never far from remembering why Memorial Day is a holiday. Thank you so much.
There is another group on my mind today. We often forget the families that lost their love ones to this sacrifice. The spouses, children, parents, and other family members are devastated but often forgotten. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to them on this Memorial Day and every day.
We appreciate all of our service men and women. You put your life on the line so we can live a life of freedom. Without you and those that have sacrificed before, I wouldn’t have the freedom tot write for a fun geeky website. Thank you all for what you do and the sacrifices you and your family make daily.
