According to the Nerdist, AdHoc Studio and Critical Role are working on a Critical Role video game set in Exandria, the world where the adventures of Critical Role occur. This game will have the typical AdHoc Studio style like in DISPATCH. Critical Role‘s Travis Willingham, Matthew Mercer, and Laura Bailey are voices on the new DISPATCH game. It appears both Critical Role and AdHoc Studio have a good relationship and this will build upon that relationship.
There is no details on the plot of the game. We don’t know if it will focus on a specific season of Critical Role or be more of a Sandbox. No mention of a possible release date for this game. We will report on this further as more details are released.
Critical Role doesn’t do anything half way. They are always full in with an venture they do. I expect this game will be huge when it is released.
