When ABC didn’t renew Agent Carter, many proclaimed that Marvel’s Most Wanted with Bobbie Morse aka Mockingbird and Lance Hunter would be a better fit. A contemporary series of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. may have better ratings and could crossover. A wonderful theory but it never had a chance. ABC decided against adding Marvel’s Most Wanted to their lineup.
Disney owns both ABC and Marvel. A Marvel series on ABC would seem like a no brainer. But with the collapse in the rating for Agent Carter, ABC might be more cautious to add another Marvel series.
