There is a new KOOL app for the Android for Star Trek fans. This app has special updates, linked for tickets and games to earn point to unlock special features. It has a lot of fun bells and whistles. The game is pretty fun to play.
Leading up to the film’s release, you’ll take part in scavenger hunt missions that include finding Star Trek content in the real world like photographing an outdoor billboard or using sound recognition technology while watching the latest trailer. By successfully completing these missions, you’ll gain access to all exclusive materials, videos & content first!
– Image Scan: Using the apps’ Image Scanner you’ll hunt for Star Trek images in the real world (i.e. outdoor billboards or posters in movie theaters)
– Sound Scan: You’ll discover new content by using the scanner on the film’s video content (i.e. trailers, commercials, etc.)
– Map Mission: Purposefully hunt for specific locations, or wander upon them with the app’s Geo-location technology (Google Play)
