Boom Entertainment has a new Firefly comic series coming out in March. This new series, Firefly: A Brand New Verse, will be set 20 years after the TV series and the Serenity movie. It will focus on Emma, the new captain of Serenity. She is the daughter of Zoe and Wash.
The original crew is scattered across the verse. Emma has taken over as captain of a new crew of misfits. She is desperate to prove herself to her mother, Zoe.
