Adam Sadler is Hubie Dubois in this Netflix movie, Hubie Halloween. Every year Hubie takes it upon himself to keep his hometown, Salem, safe on Halloween. He has a list of rules to help keep everyone safe but no one respect Hubie or his rules. When an escape criminal and real monsters come to town, it is up to Hubie to save the town.
