The New Mutants movie has been on hold for a while. This is based (probably very loosely) on the Demon Bear saga from the The New Mutants comics (Vol 1: 18-20) The Demon Bear story was created by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod.
I know the MCU wanted to reshoot and make changes. This trailer looks really KOOL. I hope it does justice to one of the KOOLest mutant stories.
