Geeky KOOL is excited to announce an interview with Storm Comics at Planet Comicon Kansas City this upcoming weekend. I will meet with CEO Sandy King and phenom comic writer, Cullen Bunn.
Sandy King is the CEO of Storm King Productions and Founder of Storm King Comics. King has a wide variety of experiences in life with her 40 years in the entertainment industry. She has produced a ton of movies with a focus on the classics of horror cinema. She has worked with legends like John Cassavetes, Francis Ford Coppola, Michael Mann, Walter Hill, John Hughes, and John Carpenter. She is married to John Carpenter and worked with him on THEY LIVE and John Carpenter’s Vampires.
Cullen Bunn is one of the top comic book writers. He has written a ton of comics over his career including Uncanny X-Men, X-Men: Blue, Magneto and various Deadpool miniseries for Marvel Comics, and his creator-owned series The Damned and The Sixth Gun for Oni Press and Harrow County for Dark Horse Comics, as well as his middle reader horror novel Crooked Hills, and his short story work collection Creeping Stones & Other Stories.
I get to hang out and discuss comics with both Bunn and King. This will be an amazing weekend at Planet Comicon Kansas City.
