Cosplay Meet Up and Walk Coming to StateOfTheOzarks Fest

GeekyKOOL is teaming up with State of the Ozarks and Skallywag Productions to bring back the Villain Walk (which debuted during VisionCon’s time in Branson). We are hoping to make this a yearly event in honor of Schuyler Goslee, who had the idea for the first Villain Walk during VisionCon. We will also be hosting a Hero Walk at the same time. Our goal is to have villains start at one side of the festival and heroes on the other. Have them start walking at the same time and meet near the middle for some glares, some family-friendly smack talk, and some photo ops. The cosplay Hero/Villain Walk will start at 12:45 pm with the two groups meeting in the middle at 1:00 p.m.

What do cosplayers get for participating? We will have a cosplayer check-in booth at the festival for some goodies for all cosplayers in attendance, even if they are not a villain or a hero! All cosplayers will receive a free ticket to be in a drawing for a special prize package.

GeekyKOOL will also be taking photos and offering a feature of each cosplayer on their website.
Pre-registration is not needed. Just check in at the cosplayer GeekyKOOL booth when you arrive.
