Fox continues to roll out more and more information about upcoming movies for their Marvel X-Men series and individual movies. According to The Nerdist, the X-Men Producer, Lauren Shuler Donner, confirmed that Channing Tatum will be Gamit/ Remy Lebeau. It is yet unknown when and where Gamit will first turn up. Will he star in his own movie or turn up in the already announced sequel to X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse?
Channing Tatum is an interesting selection for Gamit. I think it is a good fit for Gamit. With Tatum’s popularity and fame growing, will he outgrow the character or will he become Gamit just like Hugh Jackman is Wolverine to many of us?

Nope.. not digging it at all. Loved Gambit as a teen. My friend and I would spend hours reading her brothers comics and drawing Gambit and Rogue. Channing will never be Gambit for me. Not a fan of his work at all. Doubt he will be like Hugh Jackman. To me this is a ploy to up the female fans.
It will be interesting. Don’t count him out yet.
