April X is a new near-future action thriller set against the backdrop of a futuristic, post-Soviet cityscape.
The story follows twins Bax and April, who record their strange dreams onto physical discs. But dreams aren’t the only secrets the siblings are keeping from each other. Both are involved in the criminal underground without the other knowing.
Bax traffics human organs, while April makes money selling wigs created from her own hair. Their already strange lives take a dangerous turn when Bax finds himself deeply in debt to powerful crime lords and April suddenly vanishes.
Now, Bax must embark on a wild and intense quest through the city’s dangerous underworld to find his sister before it’s too late.
April X is currently playing in select theaters. Check out the trailer below.
