According to MSN, Microsoft is letting their browser, Internet Explorer pass slowly away. They are moving in a whole new direction that will not be associated with IE.
Make no mistake. Microsoft will not be without their own browser. They are not handing it over to Firefox and Chrome. Microsoft’s new browser is codenamed, Project Spartan. Not much is know about Project Spartan other than it will not be based on, look like, or feel like IE.
For classic Internet Explorer fans, have no fear. IE has not been completely out to pasture yet. It will still be available with Windows 10 but will not be a focal point. It will be used for compatibility purposes. Look for Project Spartan (or whatever the real name may be) to be front and center of the new Free Windows 10.
