It has become a yearly tradition. The SyFy network tries to one up themselves with the next outrageous trailer for Sharknado. This year they spoof Star Wars with The 4th Awakens. This is tongue in cheek reference to the fourth Sharknado movie and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Sharknado movies are B Movies that are over the top B movies on purpose. I actually enjoy the craziness of them.
