Jonathan Igla has been tasked to be the head writer and executive producer for the Disney+ Hawkeye Series. Igla is best known for his writing on the highly acclaimed AMC series, Mad Men.
The Hawkeye Series will star Jeremy Renner. He reprises his role Clint Barton, aka the Avenger Hawkeye. This series will have Clint training a protege Hawkeye, Kate Bishop. These stories in the comics are some of my favorite from the decade.
The Disney+ Hawkeye Series is set to premiere during the fall 2021. This will be the fourth Marvel series on Disney+.
