According to Deadline.com, the SyFy Network is green lighting a new series Helix. Helix is a new thriller science fiction show from Producer Ron Moore, of BSG fame. Moore had a huge hit with BSG but Caprica was too slow burning to keep the majority of their audience.
Helix, from Sony Pictures TV, where Moore is under an overall deal, is about a team of scientists investigating a possible disease outbreak at an Arctic research facility who find themselves trying to protect the world from annihilation.
