For those that don’t celebrate it, the Winter Solstice on December 21 (in the Northern Hemisphere) is the official start of Winter. It is also the longest Night and shortest day of the year. On the flip side, it means tomorrow, the days start to get longer even if it is gradual.
Where I live in Springfield, MO, we are bracing for a big winter storm tomorrow so it is fitting the we are officially now in Winter.
