Actress Loni Anderson passed away at age 79. She was just a few days away from her 80th birthday. Her publicist announced that Anderson passed from a “prolonged” illness with no other details. Anderson’s family stated that they are heartbroken from her passing.
Lonnie Anderson became a big star on the tv series, “WKRP in Cincinnati” from 1978 to 1982. She was the witty beautiful receptionist, Jennifer Marlowe, at a small radio station. Her performance earned her two Emmy and three Golden Globe nominations. There was even new version of the Ginger vs Mary Ann debate with Jennifer Vs Bailey.
Lonnie was a global sensation. When she married Burt Reynolds in 1988, they seemed to be a perfect power couple. But as things do happen, they part ways and divorced in 1994.
Anderson is survived for her husband, Bob Flick, her daughter Deidra, her son Quinton Anderson Reynolds, and son-in-law Charlie Hoffan.
