Today, Geekykool’s own Ashley Grant held a book signing at Paperbacks Ink, a new and used bookstore located in Newport News Virginia. This was the first event that Ashley has held specifically for her new novel. The event was held from 11am to 4pm today, and the store had pretty good traffic, all afternoon. Ashley and I talked to a lot of customers, and Ashley made up some mini scrolls that she handed out to people whether they bought a book or not. Ashley wound up selling 7 books averaging about 1 sale per hour. The store had a great table set up for Ashley just to the left of the front door.
