Last Spring, ABC discussed spinning off Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. They wanted to spin-off Mockingbird, aka Bobbi Morse, and her ex-husband Lance Hunter into their own series. ABC halted the discussion shortly after it began.
According to Variety, a deal for the spin-off series close to a deal between ABC and Marvel (both owned by Disney). The current title is Marvel’s Most Wanted.
Jeffrey Bell and Paul Zbyszewski co-created Marvel’s Most Wanted. Bell and Zbyszewski will produce and be the showrunners. They will write the pilot together.
“SHIELD” producers Jeffrey Bell and Paul Zbyszewski co-created the project for Marvel and ABC Studios, co-writing the pilot. They will serve as showrunners and exec producers together with Marvel’s head of television Jeph Loeb also exec producing.
