Batman is on looking as the scorched ground and city in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. The image probably happens when Batman has his nightmare with Superman. It clearly shows the Omega Symbol huge on the ground. The Omega symbol is associated with Darkseid. Darkseid is the big Bad Guy in the DC Universe.
Darkseid is the dictator of hell like planet, Apokolips. He is a merciless tyrant with the superpowers to enforce it. He demans unwavering devotion. His super strength is unmatched. The Omega beams fire from his eyes and can disintegrate, teleport, or resurrect those he pleases. His passion is destroying free will by gaining the Anti-Life Equation.
It is hard to imagine Darkseid will appear in this already loaded movie except maybe in a set up scene like Thanos did in the Avengers. It makes sense it could set up the Justice League Part One and Part Two.
