George the Shepherd (Hugh Jackman) spends his days reading mystery novels to his beloved flock, convinced they don’t understand a word. But the sheep do understand—and even discuss the stories among themselves. When George is found dead and the local police prove incompetent, the sheep take matters into their own hooves to solve the mystery of his death.
This quirky film blends the charm of Babe with the intrigue of Glass Onion. Featuring a stellar cast including Hugh Jackman, Emma Thompson, and Patrick Stewart, The Sheep Detectives is set to hit theaters in May 2026.
