I remember growing up and watching Little House on the Prairie every week. It was a true mainstay in my family’s household. Now, Little House on the Prairie is making a return with a brand-new series coming to Netflix on July 9—and it’s already been renewed before it even premieres.
This upcoming series is a fresh adaptation of the beloved novels by Laura Ingalls Wilder. It will focus on the Ingalls family’s survival and adventures on the American frontier, with an approach that’s expected to stay more faithful to the original book series than the iconic 1970s television adaptation.
The series will star Luke Bracey as Charles Ingalls and Alice Halsey as Laura Ingalls.
