Kansas City and Springfield Missouri are both offering some great opportunities for star gazing this spring! Trekkies assemble!!

Fear no longer as we look at two Missourian Comicon options this spring in Kansas City and Springfield Missouri!
Kansas City has posted more of their celebrity guests and it’s looking like a good time for fans of The Boys. Karl Urban, Laz Alonso, and Karen Fukuhara are listed on Planet Comicon’s list.
Hauntings in the KC area will be at an all-time low as Jared Padelecki from the hit show Supernatural will be there along with Ghostbuster Ernie Hudson, so no need to be afraid of those ghosts!
Then if you have the urge to boldly go where no man has gone before, stop by and see Captain Kirk himself! William Shatner is scheduled to be there on Friday and Saturday!
Save the date for Planet Comicon March 27-29, 2026.
The following month you can go south to Springfield Missouri and check out Missouri Comic Con which is going April 11-12, 2026. While Springfield draws a slightly smaller crowd their guest lineups are usually very solid!
Star Trek fans will be able to see Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek: The Next Generation Riker).
If large spaceships aren’t your thing Randy Quaid (Independence Day, Cousin Eddie,Kingpin) will be happy to lead you in a different direction!
Another added bonus will be Little MS Cosplay, who will be visiting from Mississippi to be one of the judges for the cosplay costume challenge.
One thing is for sure, no matter which Comicon you go to this Spring will be a great time for us Missourian Geeks!!
