Another year of Oz-Con has come and gone. 2025 is firmly in the books. It was an amazing time and I am looking forward to next year.
I wanted to take a moment to stop and say thank you to Oz-Con and to all of their staff and volunteers.
Oz-Con isn’t the largest convention around even though it is growing every year. Size isn’t what matters the most. It is the atmosphere and staff that makes this convention so amazing.
Oz-Con is a non-profit organization. Unlike most conventions that focus on making more and more money, Oz-Con gives away all of its proceeds to the charity, AFK- Always a Future for Kids. This difference shines through all they do.
The staff at Oz-Con treat us, Geeky KOOL, like family. They know our names and remember us. They check on us and make sure we are doing well. I cannot say enough great things about all of the staff and volunteers. You all ROCK.
Over the last few years, Oz-Con has provided a booth for Geeky KOOL. They have made us prominent at the convention. They treat us like we are important. I cannot express how grateful Geeky KOOL is for this sacrifice.
Thank you, Oz-Con for all you do for the community of West Plains. Thank you, Oz-Con, for putting on an amazing convention. And Thank you, Oz-Con, for all you do for Geeky KOOL. We appreciate you so much.
