TV Review: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

New TV Trailer: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
After months of anticipation, ABC premiered their new show, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.  This show had 11.9 million viewers last night. Would this show live up to the Marvel movies or would it bring utter disappointment?

What I liked: (minor Spoilers)
I have love the character of Agent Coulson since he was first introduced in the first Iron Man movie.  Clark Gregg has a way of playing a government spy but still able to make you like him.  His opportune smile and the way he delivers a line makes he a great character.

Lola, Coulson’s car, was fantastic.  Lola is 1962 Chevy Corvette but with a few S.H.I.E.L.D. upgrades. Any 1962 Chevy Corvette is a wonderful sight.  As we witnessed last night, Lola is a flying car.  This didn’t come as a major reveal to those of us Marvel fans but to many, this was a fantastic reveal last night.

I really liked the team they are forming.  You can see the chemistry of the characters with each other. It is similar to other spy teams and even SyFy’s Alpha but I believe they pulled it off better.  I love this whole cast.

What I Did Not Like:
I have seen the story of the drug induced super numerous times.  This plot of the super was predictable.

Review:
I really enjoyed this show.  I think it is a HIT.  It has a ton of personality and potential as a series.
