Planet Comicon Kansas City Celebrity Guests Galore!

There are a ton of celebrity guests for this years Planet Comicon. They wanted to go big on their 20th anniversary and did when it comes to celebrity guests. You could spend all of your time and money meeting for this three day convention, getting autographs and pictures with these stars.  Check out the full list here and click on their names to see the prices for autographs and pictures.  (if you have never been to a Convention, yes it costs to get autographs and pictures.

Most of these stars will have panels where you can see them talk live for 45 minutes.  During this time there is usually time for questions.

William Shatner:  Yes, Captain James T. Kirk, himself, will be at Planet Comicon Kansas City.   Bill turned 88 this year but will be signing autographs and pictures with fans.  Don’t forget Shatner is also know for his roles on Boston Legal and T.J. Hooker along with being an author and singer.

Cary Elwes: Best know as the Man in Black aka Wesley from the Princess Bride.  He started as Robin Hood in Robin Hood Men in Tights and was in Saw.  It would be Inconceivable to miss his appearance on Friday and Saturday.

Henry Winkler:  He was the coolest guy in Milwaukee, The Fonz on Happy Days.  You will also remember him as the fearful Coach Klein on Water Boy. Heeeyyy!

Joonas Suotamo: Who is hairy and will rip your arms out of their sockets if they don’t win?  Suotamo is Chewbacca for the newest run of Star Wars movies with The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and Solo.  Peter Mayhew can no longer play Chewbacca but Suotamo channels Mayhew’s Chewy.

Jennifer Morrison: Best known for her leading role on Once Upon A Time as Emma Swan.  She was also Zoey on How I Met Your Mother and Dr Cameron on House.  It is a fairy-tale that she will be there.

Lori Petty: Petty has been in a ton of movies and series. She may be best know for her role as Kit in A League of Their Own.  She was Tank Girl in the Tank Girl movie (based on a comic). She was on Orange is the New Black.  The list just goes on and on.

Linda Blair: Your head might spin if you are a horror with the news of Linda Blair attending Planet Comicon Kansas City.  Blair was Regan, the possessed girl, on the Exorcist.

Mark Pellegrino: Following a person known for being possessed in one who is known for being Lucifer himself.  Pellegrino is known for portraying Lucifer on Supernatural.  He was also a big bad vampire, James Bishop on Being Human.

Danielle Panabaker and John Wesley Shipp:  We come to these two in a Flash. Panabacker is Caitlin/ Killer Frost on The Flash.  Shipp portrays Jay Garrick aka Flash Earth 2 on The Flash.  Panabaker was a big time Disney channel star before The Flash.  Shipp was the Flash on the early 1990s The Flash series.

Johnny Yong Bosch and Austin St. John:  It is Morphin Time!  We have two Power Rangers in the house.  Bosh played Adam Park/ Black Ranger on the second run of the series.  St. John was the the leader and Red Ranger/ Jason on the Power Rangers from 1993 to 1999.

Chris Sarandon and William Shaw: This two men help round out the Princess Bride cast. Sarandon was the despicable Prince Humperdinck.  Shaw was the intelligent but overconfident Sicilian, Vizzini.  Sarandon is also know for The Nightmare Before Christmas. Shaw was everyone favorite toy dinosaur, Rex in the Toy Story movies.

Dean Cain, Michael Rosenbaum, and Tom Welling: We have two Superman actors and Lex Luthor.  Smallville actors Rosenbaum (Lex) and Welling (Clark/Superman) join back up.  Dean Cain was Clark/ Superman in Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.  It will be a Super Duper Convention with these three.

Bonnie Wright, and James and Oliver Phelps: The Weasley clan of Harry Potter is well represented.  Bonnie Wright was the adorable Ginny who eventually won Harry’s heart.  James and Oliver were the twins, George and Fred.  This will be a magical time with these three.

The crazy thing is this is not even close to all of the celebrities.  There are a ton of other actors who will be at Planet Comicon.  Check out the full list here.
