Here is a trailer for the live action Attack on Titan. It has a release date of August for Japan but doesn’t appear to have one yet for the United States.
This movie is based on the popular Manga comics and Anime series. Giant creators called Titans sprang up and started devouring the world’s population. The survivors built walled cities for protection but we know walls can only keep an enemy at bay so long.
Here is my confession. I have heard of Attack on Titan but I have never read the manga nor have I watched the Anime series. I know this may kill my geek cred with some of you. I did add the series to my Netflix queue today so hopefully I can get caught up and get excited for this live action movie.
Purely from watching this trailer, it looks like a really KOOL concept. I honestly can’t wait to start watching the anime series.
