I get into a lot of geeky things. I enjoy video games, catching up on the latest tech, creating websites, movies (both watching and making them), and so many other areas I can only begin to list. However, while I have plenty of geeky interests, my main passion in the geek realm is computers. I love pretty much all things computers.

My first memory of a computer is from when I was really young, and my brothers and I used to play Ghostbusters on a Commodore 64. My Commodore 64 days were fairly short lived though, so I mostly remember growing up on MS-DOS and Windows 3.1, and eventually transitioning into Windows 95 and 98.

All the way up until my Windows 98 days, my single draw to computers was gaming. It was around then (I was in 8th grade at the time) that I built my first computer. Admittedly, gaming was still my main draw to computers for a number of years after, but it was the experiencing of building and troubleshooting my first computer that introduced me to my real passion.

Several years and a handful of operating systems later, and now my wife and I have our own IT company, Anotech Computers. I get to immerse myself in fixing computers, troubleshooting networks, building websites, and pretty much everything else that revolves around computers; I get to do what I love each and every day. I think it’s pretty kool.
